Common Questions
How do I switch the app's language?
Open the Gallery, tap the globe icon in the top-left corner, and choose French or English. The app will ask to restart to apply it.
Why doesn't RAW development show up for a photo I imported?
Only photos with an actual RAW file attached (DNG, ARW, RAF, NEF, CR3, ORF, or PEF) open the Develop RAW screen. A photo that was already flattened to JPEG/HEIC — including by some cloud sharing services — opens in the normal editor instead.
Where do my edited photos get saved?
Every capture and edited copy is saved to a dedicated "LYRA" album in your iPhone's Photos app — nothing is uploaded anywhere else.
Can I recover the original after editing a photo?
Yes. Editing always creates a new copy; your original capture is never overwritten.
The camera won't start / shows a permissions error.
Open iOS Settings → LYRA and make sure Camera, Photos, Microphone, and Location access are enabled as needed for the features you're using.
How do I restore my LYRA Pro purchase on a new device?
Open the Pro screen (tap the PRO badge at the top of the camera, or Settings → View Plans & Pricing) and tap "Restore Purchases." Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LYRA and choose Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and has nothing to cancel.
I was charged but Pro isn't unlocked.
Tap "Restore Purchases" on the Pro screen first. If it still doesn't unlock, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll help. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Report a Bug or Request a Feature
Email us with a short description of what happened (or what you'd like to see), your device model, and your iOS version. Screenshots or a screen recording help a lot.
