Terms of Use LYRA

Terms of Use

Last updated October 2, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of LYRA: Photo & Video Editor (the "App"), developed and published by the App's developer ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and these Terms.

2. Your Content

Photos and videos you capture or edit with the App are yours. The App processes them entirely on your device and saves them to your own Photos library — we do not access, collect, or store your photos or videos on any server, and we claim no ownership over them.

3. LYRA Pro: Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features require LYRA Pro, available as a Weekly, Monthly, or Annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App in your local currency before you buy.

  • Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Weekly, Monthly, and Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price and length of the selected plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing and canceling: You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Lifetime: The Lifetime plan is a single payment with no renewal.
  • Restoring: You can restore previous purchases from the paywall using "Restore Purchases."
  • Refunds: Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You won't use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • You won't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code except where permitted by law.
  • You won't use the App to infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App is ad-supported and displays advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ads are subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices — see our Privacy Policy for details on what data that involves.

6. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific camera or editing result will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, photos, or videos, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time.
